Through our www.mtogo.com website, we are committed to promoting compelling mobile content from around the world through a diverse offering of unique online-mobile community services, quality polyphonic ringtones and color graphics, and other cutting-edge mobile products and features. mtogo. is dedicated to offering customers the best in service and products by staying on the forefront of innovative content and mobile technology. Our mobile products are available on a wide range of Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, NEC, Siemens, LG, Sanyo Toshiba, Treo, Hitachi, Panasonic and Sharp handset models. mtogo respects the intellectual property of others and believes in doing business the right way. We pay multiple copyright fees in the offering of our ringtones. mtogo has blanket licensing contracts with both BMI and ASCAP for performance rights. We also have signed contracts with music publishers and rights agencies including BMG Music Publishing, Harry Fox Agency, Sony Music and Zomba for mechanical rights to produce our ringtones. We have taken our best efforts to identify the rights holders for each ringtone. If you see ringtones for which mtogo does not have the appropriate license, please e-mail licensing@mtogo.com and we will be sure to sign a standard ringtone licensing agreement.
