1. I didn't receive a message after ordering.

    - My wireless service is with Verizon Wireless

    First, make sure all of the following applies to your handset:
  1. 1. '1x' mode is displayed on your handset display.
  2. 2. You selected the correct handset
  3. 3. Picture messaging is enabled on your account. (call Verizon support to find out)

    Then, follow these steps:
  1. 1. Turn off your phone and then turn it back on.
  2. 2. Log-in, go to MyPage>Account Settings>Order History
  3. 3. Re-send SMS.

    - My wireless service is with another carrier

    In rare cases, you may not be able to receive an SMS message to download your
    content due to possible problems of your wireless service. However, you can re-send
    your order using the following steps:
  1. 1. Log-in, go to MyPage>Account Settings>Order History
  2. 2. Re-send SMS.

2. I failed to download my content after receiving an SMS message.

    - My wireless service is with T-mobile.

    When you try to download our content, you may receive the following message

    " T-zone plan is required for this service. Sign up for Unlimited T-zone and ..." or " ~ cannot be resolved" or "Access Denied".
    T-mobile users will need UNLIMITED T-MOBILE WEB subscription to download content from mtogo.

    But it is easy, just activate it UNLIMITE T-MOBILE WEB for your service on http://www.tmobile.com through
    the My T-mobile link. Your UNLIMITED T-MOBILE WEB access should be available within an hour
    and at which time you can download your content ordered from mtogo.
    Finally, you can deactivate/cancel your UNLIMITED T-MOBILE WEB service through your My T-mobile account.
    It only costs you $0.20 per day to use the UNLIMITED T-MOBILE WEB service.

    - What-To-Do after receiving an SMS message

    After you make an order of ringtone with us you will receive a text message to your cell phone. In that message, you will see a URL specially designed for your phone. You will need to open this URL using the wireless Internet connection on your cell phone (M-Mode, MEdia Net, Sprint PCS Vision, or T-MobileWeb).

    To open the URL from the text message, choose "Options" or "Menu" whichever your phone uses. If you see the option "Go" on the screen, click that or:

    Select "Extract" or "Use Detail".

    You may be asked whether you want to extract a "Phone Number," "E-mail Address" or "Web Address." Select "Web Address."

    You should see a single URL in a list of web addresses. Select that.

    If you see "Options" select that, and then select "Go To" or "Go."

    Your wireless Internet connection should now be open to the URL where you can download your mtogo content. You should see some text about your new ringtone or background and a link to download. Select contents and then follow any additional prompts your phone gives you.

    Some phones may do this automatically, in which case when you view your message you can select the web address. Then, you'll see a page with a download link and some text about your content.

    Complete the download and save to your phone.

3. I did not receive any mChips after my purchase.


4. I cannot download some contents(mobile game, realtone).

    We cannot support all of our contents to all phone on the servicable list.
    Some phones cannot download mobile games or realtones.
    Please check if you can download those contents with our free contents.
    We can't refund your transaction, even if you cannot download some of our contents.
